Federica Minozzi, CEO of IRIS Group will take part at Qualicer 2020

At Coverings 2019, Federica Minozzi, CEO of IRIS Group confirmed her participation in the panel debate on “the Globalization of Ceramic Quality which will be held at Qualicer.

Federica Menozzi is Iris Ceramica Group CEO and one the most solid young international ceramic industry leaders.  She joined her family’s industrial holding company after graduating with honours from the Faculty of Law at Modena University and studied and investigated the areas of sales and marketing, an orientation that soon turned out to be strategic for her future and essential for the development of her entrepreneurial and managerial skills.  Along with her father, Romano Minozzi, Federica won the “2017 Innovation Award” at the 21st EY Entrepreneur of the Year awards and that same year she also won the “Copernico40 Award” presented by “Il Quotidiano Immobiliare”.  Federica Minozzi is currently involved in social solidarity initiatives in the Modena area.
