Claudio Bizzaglia is the Sales Engineering Director in IRIS CERAMICA GROUP. His knowledge of the ceramic industry began more than 25 years ago, becoming a chemical engineer in Modena (Italy), in the heart of a ceramic land.
He worked with clients worldwide, initially as a technical manager in research and development of product/design and sales of raw materials. He also worked many years in USA as an outsourcing product manager for Dal Tile Corp. and as Director of Laboratory Services for the Tile Council of North America (TCNA). He is a member of multiple industry committees, including ANSI A108, ISO TC-189, where he was also chairman of the TC committee, the international development body for global standards related to ceramic tiles and related materials.
