Bart Bettiga

Bart Bettiga has over 35 years of experience in the ceramic tile industry, and has been the Executive Director of the National Tile Contractors Association since 2002.  He is a member of the Executive Committee the Ceramic Tile Education Foundation and is a board member of Coverings, the international tile and stone exposition held annually in the United States.

Bettiga is a voting member of many tile industry standards and methods committees and serves on the Technical Committee of Qualicer.  He is the publisher of TileLetter Magazine and has authored numerous articles related to the promotion of proper tile installation and qualified labor. He was the 2018 recipient of the prestigious NTCA Ring Of Honor.    The NTCA has over 1600 members and represents thousands of installers and contractor business owners.

Rick Church

Rick Church has been the Executive Director of the Ceramic Tile Distributors Association (CTDA), the largest organization representing independent ceramic tile and stone distributors in the world, since 1993.  Mr. Church has helped CTDA focus on delivering quality educational and networking opportunities for its members helping them achieve success as independent distributors.

Mr. Church has also served on the Board of Directors of Coverings, the largest ceramic tile and stone trade show in the Americas, since 1993 and during that time has served as its Chairman five times.  In 2018, Mr. Church was inducted into CTDA’s Hall of Fame.


Dr. Martin Haberl was born in Vienna, Austria, in 1959. After receiving his doctorate in technical chemistry, he worked for the Degussa Group in Germany (1985 – 1987), Spain (1987 – 1992) and Italy (1993 – 2002). Dr. Martin Haberl has been with Zschimmer & Schwarz since 2002.

Sergio Cepriá

Industrial Chemistry degree by the Jaume I University of Castellón.

MBA by the business school of Castellón.

25 years of experience in the ceramic sector: 13 years as a ceramic manufacturer in the Keraben group, reaching Technical Direction, 7 years in EFI-Cretaprint as Managing Director, and 5 years in the Esmalglass-Itaca group.

Currently attached to the direction of the digital business and responsible for the R & D group and diversification projects.

Joe Tschudi

Joaquín Luque

Expert in ceramic design, marketing, and digital product management applied to ceramics.

After graduating in Design and Multimedia Programming, he has pursued all his professional activity in ceramic product development and marketing at major ceramic companies such as Porcelanosa, Grespania, Grupo Tres Estilos, Aparici, and Baldocer. He has participated in developing ceramic decoration, from screen printing to digital printing.

He has delivered numerous courses and seminars on the creation of digital design and colour management, both in Spain and in other countries, such as Italy, the USA, Mexico, India, Indonesia, and Vietnam.

He has participated in creating the book Introduction to Digital Ceramic Decoration published by ATC, in the chapters on colour management and digital workflow.

He is founding partner of and currently CIO at Digit-S, a technology company that develops software and hardware for creating and editing digital images, and for control of the product Full Digital, which has won several awards, including the European Business and Innovation Centres (BIC) Innovation award, Valencian Institute for Business Competitiveness (IVACE) Valencia Region 2014 award, and two Alfa de Oro awards of the Spanish Ceramics and Glass Society at the Cevisama trade fair in 2014 and 2019.


Javier Martí

Computer engineer specialising product distribution for the graphic arts and digital printing market.

Certified representative of manufacturers such as EFI, Onyx Graphics, and Konica Minolta Sensing for implementing systems, digital production flows, and colour management.

He currently provides standardisation services in digital printing processes, as Member of the Fogra Research Institute for Media Technologies, as FograCert Digital Print Expert certifier in PSD, CPC, and VPC.

Juan Martorell

With wide-ranging experience in installing colour management systems in various industry sectors since 1994, he is CEO at Colorinlab, sole company in Spain authorised to process G7 certifications. At the moment, the company is present in the ceramic tile sector as ColorGATE partner.

He is an expert in calibrating and characterising devices, as well as in developing software for software manufacturers, working for example with ColorGATE and X-Rite.

He has also worked with ink manufacturers such as Esmalglass and INX, with hardware manufacturers such as Barberány and Durst, as well as with industrial printers in different sectors. He also has extensive experience in training technical staff in colour management.

Federica Minozzi

Federica is Iris Ceramica Group CEO and one the most solid young international ceramic industry leaders.  She joined her family’s industrial holding company after graduating with honours from the Faculty of Law at Modena University and studied and investigated the areas of sales and marketing, an orientation that soon turned out to be strategic for her future and essential for the development of her entrepreneurial and managerial skills. 

Along with her father, Romano Minozzi, Federica won the “2017 Innovation Award” at the 21st EY Entrepreneur of the Year awards and that same year she also won the “Copernico40 Award” presented by “Il Quotidiano Immobiliare”.  Federica Minozzi is currently involved in social solidarity initiatives in the Modena area.”
